Sarah Snider founded Keeping Up as a way to interact with and support like-minded business owners. She recently moved back to the Bay Area after living in Paris, London and New York. Prior to launching Keeping Up, she spent time developing a worker-owned financial services company based in Brooklyn, and she has experience with many types of client. Sarah holds a BA in History & Social Sciences from the American University of Paris, a magistère in French Literature from the Sorbonne, and an MS in Culture and Society from the London School of Economics & Political Science. She has been mentored by many bookkeepers and has formal education in financial accounting from Baruch School of Continuing & Professional Studies. Outside of bookkeeping she spends her time riding bikes, traveling, and reading. A California native, Sarah comes from a long line of bookkeepers, ranchers, CPAs and CFOs.
